Tony Kirk Tony Kirk has been the Director of Learning and Development for 5 years. His role is to develop the learning opportunities we offer, and to help maximise the development opportunities which arise.
Prior to joining Circles Network he worked for a large charity developing support structures for deafblind people, ending as an Assistant Director and internal consultant. He was a primary school teacher, with the additional post graduate qualification of teaching children who are multi sensory impaired.
Throughout his career he has been involved in a number of European Employment Projects, developing a supported workshop and links with employers to create real work opportunities. Other areas of interest include the development of supported communication systems, the adapted environment and the use of technology.
