Our Mission

To create social inclusion, promote the spirit of community and accomplish the acceptance of difference. Circles Network exists to complement the efforts of people at risk of exclusion to become the architects of their own lives by: encouraging informed choice and individual control, improving personal well-being and safety, increasing confidence, respect and value, fostering a variety of interdependent relationships, developing gifts and competencies, engaging in all aspects of community life.
