Person Centred Planning and Life CoachingA totally independent service, free from any conflict of interest, Circles Network will work with individuals, their families and the services that support them (as appropriate). For people facing transition and change we can:
Personalisation of careGovernment priorities, outlined in the press and in recent Putting People First concordat and in the Valuing People Now report that personalisation is not an option, it will become the standing operating system. The government has given an unequivocal commitment that in future “everyone who receives social care support, regardless of their level of need, in any setting, whether from statutory services, the third and community or private sector or by funding it themselves, will have choice and control over how that support is delivered. Our experienceCircles Network has provided assistance to thousands of disabled and disadvantaged people to develop and implement excellent person centred plans over the past 14 years. Our reputation in this field is well respected and we have also trained over 3,000 staff from other agencies in the concept of person centred approaches and life coaching. Who might benefit?
CostsCosts will be charged at an economical rate based on the depth of the plan required, time taken and location. Please arrange a discussion with one of our representatives. Change is inevitable The first step towards a personalised approach is to have an independently produced person centred plan.
